I. CALL TO ORDER

Members Present: Mary Paradise
Leslie Vogt
Kathy Corliss
Ross Morse
Michael Wolfe

Others Present: John Freeman, Superintendent

Ms. Paradise called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.

II. NONPUBLIC SESSION

At 5:04 p.m., a motion was made by Mr. Wolfe and seconded by Ms. Vogt to enter into non-public session to discuss a personnel matter. The Board was polled and voted unanimously (Ms.Corliss, yes; Mr. Morse, yes; Ms. Paradise, yes; Ms. Vogt, yes; Mr. Wolfe, yes) to enter into a nonpublic session under the provisions of RSA 91-A3II(c).

The board discussed a personnel issue relative to a complaint and investigation.

At 5:19 p.m., a motion was made by Mr. Wolfe and seconded by Ms. Corliss to conclude the nonpublic session and to re-enter into open session. The board was polled and voted unanimously (Ms. Corliss, yes; Mr. Morse, yes; Ms. Paradise, yes; Ms. Vogt, yes; Mr. Wolfe, yes) to re-enter into open session.

III. ADJOURNMENT

On a motion made by Mr. Morse and seconded by Mr. Wolfe, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
