1. Meeting opened at 5:36.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Paul Skowron (PS).

3. Minutes for April 3, 2013 accepted and approved.

4. UNH Cooperative Extension meeting on April 20, 2013
A. PMHS will provide an overhead projector an computer
B. Andre should also bring his own computer
C. About two dozen people are expected to attend
D. Coffee and muffins will be provided

5. Joint meeting of town boards and committees on May 4, 2013
A. A letter from the Selectmen was signed and will be sent out
B. It will start at 9:00 AM

6. Downtown cleanup
A. 50 letters were sent out to businesses
B. 6 were returned with no forwarding address-remove them from mailing list

7. Letter regarding testimonials from current businesses
A. What do they like about doing business in Pittsfield
B. Businesses-Atlantic Safety Products, AMENICO, Rustic Crust, Globe, Liberty Machine,
Kentek, and the awning steel company
C. Send a copy to Stu Arnett

8. Other Business
A. TM spoke to Matt Monahan about the journal article
1. Suggested that Scott Spradling write the article-OK’d by all
2. To include visuals-maps
B. LS mentioned that Select Board is supportive of Kentek’s move and upgrading of new building

9. Next meeting will be May 1, 2013 at 5:30 PM.
