Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 8:13 AM, April 19, 2013 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the March 22, 2013 meeting were approved after corrections.
Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.
Old Business:
1. Foss Committee By-Laws: Approved as amended.
2. Email addresses: Email addresses for the Trustees of Trust Funds (TTF@mypittsfield.com) and The Foss Family Pittsfield Town Scholarship Committee (FossTrust@mypittsfield.com) are being set up to send from those addresses.
New Business:
1. Annual mailing to Foss recipients. Cara to send Harry word doc for review.
