Call to order at 5:30 P.M. by Larry Konopka, Chairman

1. Reconsideration of Policy on Communication Releases.

(GL) Motion to rescind the Policy on Communication Releases. (EN) Second. Carried 5-0-0.

Selectmen Linda Small read a statement into the minutes. (Statement attached).

PUBLIC INPUT
Pat Hefferen: What was the communication policy intended for? (LK) Gave example was given concerning misunderstanding of fire on Main Street and the Highway Superintendent.

(LK) Related conversation with LGC Attorney Paul Sanderson about a communication policy being developed for Greenland NH. (LK) Indicated that the Selectmen would maybe have a work session to review the Greenland policy.
