Election of Officers: Chair – . Nomination of Bill Elkins by: Ms. Hast, 2nd by Mr. Provencher Motion to close nominations by Lt. Abell , 2nd by Mr Miskoe, passed 4-0.
Vice-Chair – . Nomination of Ms. Hast by: Mr Miskoe, 2nd by Lt. Abell Motion to close nominations by Lt. Abell , 2nd by Mr Miskoe, passed 4-0.

4) Meeting Minutes;
Mr. Provencher made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of December 7, 2009 be accepted as presented; 2nd by Ms. Hast, Motion passed 4 to 0.
