MINUTES OF MEETING
1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Committee reviewed current agenda.
3. Elizabeth Hast swore in G. Amnott, R. Elliot, and S. Polizotti.
4. E. Hast indicated that H. Fitzgerald moved out of Pittsfield. G. Amnott to discuss replacement
member with Town Moderator.
5. Committee updated Member Listing document.
6. Committee reviewed the Pittsfield Code of Ethics.
7. Committee reviewed the Pittsfield Ethics Committee Rules of Procedure.
8. Committee reviewed the Pittsfield Ethics Committee website and Complaint Form.
9. Committee discussed prior work to connect Pittsfield’s Ethics Committee with similar committees
across NH.
10. Committee elected new officers:
a. Chairman: G. Amnott, passed 3-0 (1 abstaining)
b. Vice Chairman: S. Catalano, passed 3-0 (1 abstaining)
c. Secretary: S. Polizotti, passed 3-0 (1 abstaining)
11. Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
