Call to order at 4:35 P.M., by Larry Konopka, Chairman.

AGENDA REVIEW

(LS) One Non-Public 91-A:3 II (a) RE: Memo; (EV) Letters of

Interest – Selectman’s Position.

INFORMATION ITEMS

(EV) I am curious on how many letters of interest we have received. (LK) One. (EV) Can we get a copy of it? (LK) I was going to keep them all and at the end of the deadline make copies for all of you.

(LS) I would prefer to get it then. (LK) I can update you that there is only one so far. (EV) Just curious.

NON-PUBLIC SESSION

(LS) Motion to go into Non-Public Session per RSA 91-A:3 II (a) and (b). (DM) Second. Carried 4-0. Members of the Board were polled and all agreed.

(DM) Motion to seal Non-Public Session Minutes of August 14, 2008. (EV) Second. Carried 4-0.
