MEETING MINUTES
TOWN OF PITTSFIELD
HOUSING STANDARDS BOARD
Town Hall, 85 Main Street
Pittsfield, New Hampshire
AUGUST 22, 2005
Present – Fred Okrent, Cedric Dustin, Nick Abell, Dave Simpson, Stan Bailey and Bill Elkins, HSA Board, were present.
Meeting opened at 6:40PM at the Town Hall.
1. July Meeting Minutes – A motion was made to approve the minutes by Dave Simpson, seconded by Fred Okrent.
2. The Board discussed having Bill Provencal move the HSA Ordinance on the web site to a page for the HSA.
3. Ellis Letter.
4. Next Meeting – Dave Simpson motioned to have the next meeting be on September 19th at 7PM and that the Board meet on the third, seconded by Fred Okrent. Motion passed 4 to 0.
5. Larry Berkson.
6. Letter on Compliance.
7. The Board decided that the inspectors were not to perform unaccompanied inspections unless they had the owner’s written permission.
