1. Meeting opened at 5:30.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Gerard LeDuc (GL), Paul Skowron (PS),
Matt Monahan (MM) from CNHRPC, and Clayton Wood (CW).

3. Minutes from August 10, 2011 accepted and approved

4. Wi-Fi information from Clayton Wood
A. CW spoke with Ian Wood at Single Digits
1. There is no short term “free” time
2. Can either continue to offer it free or give out free 1 hour usage codes
3. Another option is charge through credit card-most rates between $3-$6 per hour
B. We can track to see how many people are using the codes
1. Cards with the codes can be given to local businesses
2. User will have to pay with credit card after first hour
3. If someone wants to use Wi-Fi after hours they will have to pay with credit card
C. Will have to have a meeting to advise store owners of the change
1. See where signal is accessed (CW) will do that
2. Get updated price on repeaters-if merchants want to purchase one
D. Find out from Single Digits when we can put this in place

5. Plan NH Charette
A. October 1, 2011 is date Scott Collard can make it
B. 8:30-9:00 coffee then 9:00 presentation
1. Vintage Hill will sponsor coffee and donuts
C. Advertise in Suncook Sun 2 weeks ahead (Sept 20 and 27th)
D. What is best way to implement it Also list on Channel 24, Town Website, Facebook and businesses on EDC newsletter list
1. MM will make up short introduction and list agenda in bullet form
2. MM will also have color copies of the last board showing the vision
E. EV will make arrangements with elementary school

6. Signs
A. Nothing being done yet with the sign at Dunkin Donuts
B. Should get a new “Welcome to Pittsfield” sign to replace current one

7. Other
A. Bob Legg has pictures and videos of Pittsfield from helicopter on a web site
B. TM will send a thank you letter to Steve and Donna Keeley for letting EDC use helicopter
