General Meeting

Motion to be accepted: PM; 2nd JM; 3 yea, 1 nay
Old Business:
1. Old Home Day was a success despite the rain. PM’s tree went for $15. Check
deposited 8/4/06. The free conservation magnets were well received by the public.
Laurel’s efforts during the Balloon rally were appreciated. Kudos to all members
for their efforts.
2. R2C2 quarterly mail gives a summary what the other member towns are doing.
Any member of the PCC can attend a R2C2 meeting. The chair will notify
members when the next meeting is scheduled.
3. PCC chair will get an update on the Tucci situation and report back.
4. PCC chair will get an update on the Dustin Barker Town Forest.
5. The PCC chair has signed off on the DES dam erosion expedited permit so the
state can quickly fix the damage from the flood.
6. The PCC chair has signed off on the state emergency plans so that program can
continue.
New Business:
1. D.K. has a trade show item she will donate to PCC.
2. PCC needs to fill the empty PCC alternate position.
