Minutes

Call to order: 7PM
Attendance: Mark Wallace, Nancy Bates. Susan Willoughby
Old Business:
1. The Conservation Commission had in the previous meeting voted to accept the
Forest Management Plan contract by forester Charles Moreno.
This meeting determined the source of the contract funding and to vote to approve the
expenditure from available funds.
Kara reviewed for us the sources of possible funds.
S. Willoughby made a motion that the Conservation Commission approve the
proposal from Charles Moreno for a Forest Management plan and approve costs for
his services, with funds to be drawn from the Conservation Commission Land Use
Change Tax fund.
The motion was seconded by N. Bates. Unanimous in favor.
