Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 7:46 AM, August 31, 2012 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the August 6, 2012 meeting were approved as written.
Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.
Old Business:
Investment Advisor Discussion was held separately with T.J. Shaugnessy of MassMutual and representatives of Wilmington Trust and followed by discussion with J. Daniel Davidson. Discussions were around fee structure and investment strategies. J. Daniel Davidson agreed to forward the Board of Trustees samples of a new account agreement, client profile questionnaire and model three year portfolio.
New Business:
SADD donation request. (Tabled until 2013 requests are reviewed.)
