Trustees Meeting (Draft)

Those Present: T.J. Shaughnessy, Elsie Morse, Cara Marston and Bill Provencal

Secretary’s Report:
Secretary’s minutes of November 19 was accepted as written.
Treasurers report of November 30, 2009 was accepted.
Old Business:
Met with T.J. Shaughnessy of Mass Mutual Financial Group to review the investments in the Cemetery Trust Fund and the Cemetery Interest Income Fund with the idea of garnering approximately $30,000 per year income for the annual maintenance of Floral Park Cemetery. T. J. presented a Portfolio Cash Flow report of possible scenarios of moving funds into an Endowment Fund. This was presented as a work in progress in that possible changes would be made in increments.
A motion was made and accepted that “We are establishing an endowment fund with Cemetery Trust Fund and the Cemetery Interest Income Fund involving approximately one/third of the Principal Value of the funds as presented in the Portfolio Cash Flow Report of December 1, 2009”.
Next regular meeting to be held on January 14th.
