1. Meeting opened at 5:31.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Paul Skowron (PS)and Ellen Barbasso (EB).

3. Minutes for November 28, 2012 accepted as written.

4. AMENICO
A.Tony does want to meet with us
B. Tentative date scheduled for January 10
C. TM will check with AMENICO

5. Master Plan Survey
A. The committee wants to combine a previous survey with the Master Plan survey
B. Remove “Comments” from each section and keep it to 4 pages
C. If there are any suggestions, let TM know through e-mail

6. Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)
A.CEDS group met on Tuesday December 11, 2012
B. About 20 towns are represented
C. TM attended and told them what Pittsfield is doing
D. Towns are competing for business and tax relief money
E. TM suggested that a cooperative approach would be better
1. Identify strong points of each town
2. Identify the weaknesses of each town

7. Economic Development Summit on December 13 in Laconia
A. See how it ties into CEDS
B. Anyone planning to go should contact Stuart Arnett
C. TM is going

8. Other
A. Stuart Arnett want to know where the town and town boards want to to go economically
1. Invite all town boards to come to an EDC meeting
2. EDC should invite all boards and committee to a meeting in early January 2013
B. Cobalt needs to submit an application for reimbursement be December 31
1. Need to ask Stuart Arnett to contact Cobalt about this matter
