Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 8:15 AM, December 14, 2012 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the December 7, 2012 meeting were approved as written.
Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.
Old Business: Foss Family Pittsfield Town Scholarship award letter. Reviewed revisions with addition of email address requests.
New Business:
Investment Advisor J. Daniel Davidson met with the Board and reviewed and recommended an investment plan for the Foss Family Pittsfield Town Scholarship. The Board agreed to follow the recommendations as presented. Next scheduled meeting with Mr. Davidson was set for March 22, 2013 at 8:30 AM.
Reviewed the Band Trust, Capital Reserve and Cemetery Trusts. The Board reviewed and amended the target allocations for the Band and Cemetery Trusts to become consistent with the allotment range/target allocation format that the Board has been including in other Town Trusts. T.J. Shaughnessy will be asked to review the wording in the Trusts under the Fixed Income sections.
Cara will seek more information about setting up Trustees’ email account(s) through the Town’s Metrocast account.
