from CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from December 1, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Plan NH Promotion and Organization
A. Visual Aids
1. Some details difficult to see from a distance-needs to be color coded differently
2. Label blue outline of Downtown area
a. Change boundaries to black
b. Make red outline around study area
3. Downtown area needed some modification
B. Invitation Letters
1. Revision was made to last sentence to show “promote Downtown Pittsfield”
1. Will be delivered to committees and board members
C. Public Promotion
1. MM will contact Scott Spradling
2. Put promotional information about Pittsfield in Suncook Sun and other papers
D. Venues
1. Friday – January 21, 2011
a. Town Hall – lunch provided by Vintage Hill
b. Walk around
c. Meet at Senior Citizen Center until the end.
d. Supper provided by Ayla’s
2. Saturday – January 22, 2011
a. Pittsfield Elementary School- Breakfast provided by Jitters
b. Lunch provided by Jack’s, Town Pizza and Village Pizza
c. Meeting with town representatives at PES
E. Preliminary meeting
1. If Plan NH wants a preliminary meeting it can be done on January 5th or 12th
2. Or EV will meet with them on January 7, 2011.
