Minutes of 15 October – read and accepted
Treasurer’s report – no change

Old business:

1. The Forest Management contract fee source was discussed.
A warrant will be submitted for the past FM funds be used.

2. The PCC will request SB to place the money from the recent DB forest cut
into the FM account for future management expenses.

3. Alternate member Jon Greenwood sworn in.

4. Annual NHCC workshop meeting results reported by Bates and Wallace.

New business:

1. Snow rider permission forms –3-5 years to cross the D.B. town forest
The DB Town Forest land owner request form by the Suncook SnowRiders, giving them permission to cross the property, on the snowmobile trails. The SB only signed for one year . The SnowRiders would like this to be signed for the 3 or 5 year option.
After discussion, vote was 4-1 to recommend to the SB a 3 year permission.
