Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM at the Town Hall by Ch. Elkins

Public Present:

1) Appointments
None

2) Old Business
Update – Fleury: New inspection was done per the court approved settlement, units failed, reinspection scheduled for 12/8. 2 payments were made on time, for an amount greater than agreed to.

3) New Business:
Discussion on BOS letter re performance bonus. Future awards would be referred to as extraordinary time compensation.
Discussion on allegations regarding Paolini property on Webster Mills Rd. Decision made to send notice of violation.

4) Meeting Minutes;
Mr. Provencher made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of November 2, 2009 be accepted as presented; 2nd by Lt. Abell, Motion passed 5 to 0.

6) Motion to adjourn:
Lt. Abell, 2nd by Ms. Hast, 5 in favor, 0 against, motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:47 PM. Next meeting: 1/04/10
