Meeting called to order at 7:22 PM at the Town Hall by VC. Hast

2) New Business:
a) Progress Reports
b) Setting the date for a public hearing on Ordinance Changes, 7:15, Jan 5, 2009; Motion by Lt. Abell, second by Mr. Provencher. All in favor, Motion passed.
3) Old Business
a) Report on M. Fleury (39 Clough Rd). The LGA and RSA 48:A have been checked for guidance on procedures. A Notice of Violation will be served and Court Proceedings will begin.
b) Report on A Dominguez (22 Concord Hill Rd) (No valid license since 2001 due to non-payment of fees). A Notice of Violation will be served and Court Proceedings will begin.
4) Meeting Minutes;
a) Mr. Provencher made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of 10/06/08 be accepted as presented; 2nd by Lt. Abell. Motion passed 4-0.
b) made a motion that the non-public minutes of the meeting of 7/07/08 be accepted as presented; 2nd by Mr. Provencher. Motion passed 4-0.
