Old business:
1. NB – High Street evergreen buffer not installed per agreement with developer.
Concerns will be directed to TA and TI
2. NC & MW- Kimball Easement at the Johnson Bros. Farm– December 4th
Annual inspection. . NC will document.
3. MW – Meeting with DES and town road agent per Tan road issue reviewed.
No further PCC action needed.
4. DK – Warrant article deadline is Jan 12th. DK will address.
5. JG – Sign progress – Postponed until January.
6. PM – Town Forest gates will be up in April ’09.
7. MW – Regional Resource Conservation Commission (R2C2) will be contacted in the spring for regional reviews.
8. DK – The PSNH grant has been rejected. We will try again next round.
9. NC – Reported on an excellent NHCC annual workshop in Concord in November.

New business:
Bear Paw Region Conservation Roundtable will meet in Deerfield on December 9th at 7PM to discuss a strategic conservation plan for the region. Incorporating the NH Wildlife Plan, Coastal Watershed Plan, and local plans it will determine the most important areas for protection. PCC will attend and gather information helpful to Pittsfield.
