3. Minutes from January 18, 2012 accepted as written.

4. Review letter and maps to potential grocery store buyer
A. Several parcels have curb cut to Rt 28
B. Reviewed letter

A. Ask Rotary to come to an EDC meeting
B. Ask if anything we can do to help regarding Balloon Rally

A. Letter to motel chain will be sent out
B. Rustic Crust appeared on Chronicle this week
