Trustees Meeting (Draft)

Those Present: Elsie Morse, Cara Marston and Bill Provencal

Secretary’s Report:
Secretary’s minutes of January 14 was accepted as written.
Treasurers report of January 31, 2009 was discussed. Trustees agreed to liquidate the balance of the Sanderson Fund PDIP account into the Sanderson Trust Fund account. Motion made to accept the Treasurers Report.
Old Business:
Kelsey Eaton request for funds: Agreement to allocate up to $1,000 for Tuition and Books to Green Mountain College (GMC) from the Sonia Robinson Scholarship fund. Elsie Morse to communicate with GMC as to whether Kelsey is: 1. A Journalism or Communication major and 2. Whether funds can be split between Tuition and Books prior to the release of funds.
New Business:
Sanderson Fund: All requests were evaluated. We will want to see how much money is available for funding. Some follow-up will be done by Trustees on some questions of certain requests.
Next regular meeting to be held on February 18, 2010
