Present –Ch. Elkins, _P_  VCh. Ms. Hast, _P_  Mr. Wolfe, _P_  Lt. Abell, _P_ Mr. Provencher, _P_  HSA Board, Mr. Elliott _A_  (Planning Board). Fred Okrent, _P_  HSA Administrator,

Meeting called to order at 7:18 PM at the Town Hall by Ch. Elkins

 

Public Present:

Dan Schroth., Larry Konopka, Ann Taylor

 

1)   Appointments

None

 

2)      New Business:

a)      Progress Reports; low activity period due to time of year.

b)      Discussion on 31 Crescent St. status as “non-profit/tax exempt”, not true.

c)      Update on 8 Marshall Ct., awareness, foreclosure.

d)     Article 38, State Constitution passed around for everyone to read.

 

3)      Old Business

a)      Ordinance changes, Part II. Minor changes remained for Public Review. No real discussion on those changes. Explanation of changes made to “licensing” provisions previously discussed. Mr. Schroth seemed pleased with the addition of changes to timing of fines and interest accrual.

 

4)      Meeting Minutes;

Mr. Wolfe made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of January 5^th, 2009 be accepted as presented;  2^nd by Mr. Provencher Motion passed 4 to 0.

 

5)      Public Input:

a)      Ordinance changes See “Old Business”

 

6)      Motion to adjourn: Mr. Provencher, 2^nd by Mr. Wolfe. 4 in favor, 0 against, motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 8:21 PM.
