HOUSING STANDARDS AGENCY

Present – Ch. Elkins, VCh. Hast, Mr. Provencher, Lt. Abell,. HSA Board, were present. Fred
Okrent, HSA Administrator, was also present. Absent/Excused: Mr. Wolfe(E), Mr. Miskoe
(Planning Board) (E),

Meeting called to order at 7:18 PM at the Town Hall by Chairman Elkins.
1) Appointments
None
2) 2) Meeting Minutes; Motion made by Lt. Abell, to accept the minutes after correction of the
typo on Pg.2 (change; Free to Fred), 2nd by VCh. Hast. Motion passed, 4-0. Motion made by
Mr. Provencher to accept Non-Public minutes as presented, 2nd by VCh. Hast. Motion passed, 4-
0.
3) 3) Old Business
a) a) Ch. Elkins, and VCh. Hast met with the Town Administrator to discuss the meeting of
1/28 and schedule a meeting with the Select Board.
b) b) Ch. Elkins, reported he met with Steve Aubertin on Feb 1 to resolve the Chestnut St
issues.
c) c) Ch. Elkins, and VCh. Hast met with the SelectBoard on 2/12 to discuss the Chestnut St
issues.
d) d) The next regular meeting of the board was scheduled for 3/17.
4) 4) New Business:
a) a) Discussion on 34 Chestnut St. (parking issue) and 46 Chestnut St. (soot??? /mold issue).
b) b) Draft minutes are due 5 working days after meeting.
c) c) Future Inspectors will have to attain certification (Property Maintenance and Housing
Inspector) within 60after appointment.
5) 5) Public Input:
None
6) 6) Motion to adjourn: by Lt. Abell, 2nd by Mr. Provencher. All in favor, motion passed.
