a. Bryan Locke’s wetland permit request for a 12′ drive way on Rt.107.- board reviewed Vice
Chair signed off with memo to DES asking for oversight of errosion controls etc.
b. DES bodies of water labeling update – White’s Pond. * did not address * put on March
meeting agenda.
c. Tucci Permit notification – project going well per DES, applicant performing all work as
requested/required by DES. CC should consider site walk and agreed to do so.
d. Robert Beck’s culvert West Meadow Development – project not complete. DES is monitoring
box culvert progress and other aspects requiring their input.
e. Dustin Barker town Forest notification – Mylar posting all set per Vice Chair JM
Agenda considerations for 26 March:
a. Elections – JM suggested that the CC hold off on Elections until new membership.
b. Dustin Barker review with C. Moreno
c. Forest planning with C. Moreno – JM would like to discuss this in detail at the March 26th
meeting. Developing policy on corridors for forestry project, create corridor linkage with
Gilmanton, Direction on how the cc can provide service to landowners for collaborative forestry
programs.
d. JM, discussion as to how to attract new members.
