MEETING MINUTES
TOWN OF PITTSFIELD
HOUSING STANDARDS AGENCY
Town Hall, 85 Main Street
Pittsfield, New Hampshire
FEBRUARY 28, 2006
Present – Bill Elkins, Chair, Stan Bailey, and Cedric Dustin, Nick Abell, HSA Board, were
present. Fred Okrent, HSA Administrator, was also present.
Meeting called to order at 8:07PM at the Town Hall by Chairman Bill Elkins.
1. Meeting Minutes – A motion was made by Cedric Dustin to approve the January 9th minutes as
written by Jeremy Lamson, seconded by Stan Bailey. Motion passed 4 to 0.
2. Old Business
A. Stan Bailey made a motion to discontinue monthly meetings and schedule quarterly meetings or
as called by the chair. Seconded by Cedric Dustin. Motion passed 4 to 0.
B. Marshall Court Inspections – Report deferred
C. Letter From White Cap Property Management – The Board discussed pulling the files to look at
which inspections were under the request. Action was once again deferred.
D. Bridgeview has requested another extension. The board will grant an extension upon receipt of
a signed contract for smoke detector installation.
3. New Business
1. Jesse Pacheco appeared to request the waiver of the $15.00 reinspection fee since he felt that
having to know the provisions of the HSA Ordinance in a timely manner was unfair. Cedric
Dustin made a motion to NOT grant the waiver, seconded by Stan Bailey. Motion passed 4 to
0.
4. Stan Bailey motioned to adjourn at 8:20PM, seconded by Cedric Dustin. All in favor, motion
passed. Meeting adjourned.
