1. Meeting opened at 5:32.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB) and Paul Skowron (PS).

3. Minutes for January 10, 2013 accepted with a correction. FERC is the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission.

4. Hannah Grimes Center
A. This is an organization in Keene that helps local businesses
B. We will put a link to it on the EDC web site.

5. Community Investment Opportunity Self Assessment
A. This is a tool for towns to see how well they are doing.
B. It came from CEDS
C. Will be discussed further at the next meeting.

6. EDC Project list
A. Updated several items
B. Added some items to be discussed at future meetings.

7. Town Report
A. TM submitted a draft for the Town Report
B. Some editing and revising was done on report

8. Other
A. We need to think about what should be put into the Spring Newsletter
B. Discussion about getting a study of grocery store shopping habits of people on the Rt 28
corridor (from Epsom through Alton)

9. Next meeting will be February 20, 2013 at 5:30 PM.
