Meeting called to order at 7:21 PM at the Town Hall by Ch. Elkins.

Old Business
CMD Policy: After short discussion, motion to approve as amended (remove “for no apparent reason”) by CD, 2nd by EH. Motion passed, 4-0.
New Business:
Progress Reports: Scheduling and inspections continuing.
Discussion of possible warrant articles concerning HSA.
Discussion of request from L. Berube concerning closure of apartments above “Jitters” due to non-compliance with Fire Department requirements. Since the matter is being handled by the Town Counsel, all requests must go through her.
Meeting Minutes;
Dr. Dustin, made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of 11/19/12 be accepted as read; 2nd by Ms. Hast, Motion passed 4 to 0.
