INFORMATION ITEMS
1. The purpose of the meeting as described in the public notice:
The Board of Selectmen will hold a meeting on January 15, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. in the Lecture Hall of the Pittsfield Middle High School, 23 Oneida Street, Pittsfield, N.H. 03263 for the purpose of offering an opportunity for questions to be answered concerning the AHG subdivision. Questions must be submitted to the Pittsfield Board of Selectmen, Town Hall, 85 Main Street, Pittsfield, NH. 03263 and such questions must be received no later than Thursday, January 10, 2013. The Board of Selectmen will do its utmost to secure an answer to the written questions from the Town Attorney, and representatives from the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission. The answers to questions will be shared at the January 15, 2013 meeting.
