1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Matt Monahan (MM) from CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from December 15, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Plan NH Promotion and Organization
A. EV and MM met with Robin and Scott from Plan NH
1. Confirmed details, meeting and maps
2. Friday January 21, 2011
a. 11:45 meet at Town Hall, lunch provided
b. Need a vehicle for drive around the Charette area
c. 3:30 meet Community Center – 1st session for public input
d. 6:30 meet at Community Center 2nd session for public input
e. Supper provided in between sessions
3. Saturday January 22, 2011
a. 8:00 continental breakfast at Pittsfield Elementary School
b. 9:30-10:00 Sustainable development discussion
c. 11:30-12:00 lunch provided
d. 3:00 Presentation by Plan NH team
B. Easels need to be provided for the maps
C. Promotional material
1. Articles were put into Suncook Valley Sun last week and this week
2. Newsletters mailed out to business owners, some hand delivered
3. Information put on EDC email newsletter
