1. Meeting opened at 5:32.

CNHRPC (MM), Scott Spradling (SS) from the Spradling Group,

3. Minutes from January 6, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Ted Mitchell was approved by the Select Board to be a member of the EDC.

5. Signage
A. Maryann Wells will be our point person at DOT when we have any questions
B. Cost for a sign
1. $250 for application fee-EDC may offer to pay for that
2. $400.00 per sign (if on each side of highway cost is $800.00)
3. $10.00 annual renewal fee
C. Cannot have Free WiFi on signs-does not fit requirements
D May be able to add businesses to existing signs that are not DOT signs

6. Plan NH Charrett Update
1. SS prepared letter
2. MM is showing what is different this time (as compared to 10 years ago)
3. Economic data shows we need more businesses
4. Property owners want them to come (per October meeting)

7. Other
A. Park and Ride
1. Letter will be resubmitted to DOT Commissioner by MM
2. Grant money is available, we can apply for it
B. Business Incubator
1. Article about it in January NH Business Magazine
2. Currently in Keene, Lebanon, Portsmouth and Manchester
3. We could be the only town in Concord area to have one
4. Grant money and other financial help may be available
