Members in attendance: Nick Abell, Maryellen(Minni) Plante, Darrell Wages

The minutes from the April meeting were approved as written.

Nick asked if Minni had received the usage forms for Old Home Day, July 23 and Night Out on August 2. Both had been received.

Nick is working on the electricity at Dustin Park. The meter near Main Street will be removed after Balloon Rally and will be turned back on the week before Thanksgiving. This should save us about $200 a year.

Minni reported that we had to replace 3 toilets and the cash register at the recreation area.

Nick reported that we have $11,000 in our capital reserve fund. We will need to decide if we should ask the town to expend some of that money if needed for dredging or new playground equipment.

Next meeting, we will discuss the last day of the pool, August 27. The cookout and pool on that day will be free, but we will ask for donations to the food pantry. We will have a movie and use the popcorn and cotton candy left over from Winterfest.
