Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 5:00PM, July 23, 2012 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the June 21st meeting were approved as corrected.
Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.
Old Business:
1. Investment advisor discussion: The Board reviewed discussions held to-date regarding a possible change in investment advisors. Daniel Davidson of Davidson & Stone and T.J. Shaughnessy of the Shaughnessy Financial Group will be invited to attend a board meeting in August to discuss in greater detail the services their respective firms provide.
New Business:
1. Secretary: Ross Morse agreed to serve as secretary for the Board. Cara will continue to serve as treasurer, Harry will serve as chair.
2. Request for Donation: Cara distributed a donation request from Pittsfield SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions). The Board agreed to review the request at their next meeting.
Next Meeting: The date for the next meeting will be determined after Cara has contacted the investment advisors.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 PM
