Corrections were made to the Minutes of 6/8 and 6/15.
Discussion: Submitting the Letter of Extension to the Select Board for the Franchise Agreement from Metro-Cast. After attending the Consortium meeting Clayton discuss the process of joining the Consortium and receiving legal representation if the Town of Pittsfield were to become members. The cost could be $900 to become a member. Also discussed was the information about joining the Lake Region Cable Consortium. This consortium is in its initial forming of the towns. The legal group that is handling the consortium is preparing the contract that will be signed by all towns
Action Items: Making contacts and visiting other towns that are broadcasting meetings Attending Consortium meeting Prepare letter of extension for franchise agreement.
