Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 4:28 PM, July 29, 2013 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
New Business:
1. A letter from HD Vest was discussed concerning the allocation amounts for the Foss Family Scholarship trust. Cara will communicate with J. Daniel Davidson, Advisor, to make the necessary changes to the Trust’s account
2. Discussion about increasing the treasurer’s stipend in the 2014 Town: The Trustees agreed to draft a letter of intent including the amount to be added to the treasurer stipend line item.
