1. Meeting opened at 5:32.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Susan Muenzinger (SM),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Paul Skowron (PS).

3. Minutes from May 2, 2012 accepted and approved as written.

4. Follow-up meeting with NHTI, John Freeman and Stu Arnette.
A. Topics for discussion
1. We categorized and priortized initial findings
a. Industry/Manufacturing; classes/training
b. priorities: 1-very important, 2-somewhat important
B. Meet with them June 27, 2012

5. CNHRPC
A. Select Board received an invoice for services already provided
B. Need to determine how often Matt needs to attend meetings
1. TM will provide agenda and mail to members
2. Need to decide what we will do and what Matt will do for us
3. Ask Matt to bring priorities status list

6. Other
A. Single Digits sent letter to Board of Selectmen
1. Management has changed and offering to hook up WiFi for free
2. TD will draft a letter declining the offer.
B. Irving property on Barnstead Rd
1. EDC will send a letter letting them know current condition of property
2. Ask them to consider possible tax advantage if they donate property to the town
C. Master Plan wants Pittsfield to be viewed as an historical town
1. Is there a state registry for historical sites?
2. Are there any benefits to being considered an historical site?
3. Mary’s Bridge was once a covered bridge
a. Send out a survey to see if people would like it to be covered again?
b. Is money available for that to happen?
D. Is there anything the EDC can do to impement vision of the Master Plan?
