CALL TO ORDER

Call to order at 6:02 P.M. by Eric Nilsson, Vice- Chairman

MEMBERS PRESENT

Eric Nilsson (EN), Vice-Chairman, Linda Small (LS), Gerard LeDuc (GL),
Albert Douglas (AD), Paul Skowron (PS), Town Administrator, and
Delores Fritz, Recording Secretary.

MEMBERS ABSENT

Larry Konopka (LK), Chairman

Eric Nilsson (EN), Vice- Chairman will chair the meeting tonight.

PUBLIC INPUT

None.

APPOINTMENT

The Board of Selectmen will conduct an Attorney/Client Meeting at 6:00 P.M.

(LS) Motion to recess to conduct an Attorney/Client Meeting with Barton Mayer, Attorney. (GL) Second. Carried 4-0. Individual members of the Board were polled and all agreed.

Recess: 6:03 P.M.

(EN) Meeting resumes at 7:40 P.M.

ADJOURNMENT

(LS) Motion to adjourn. (GL) Second. Carried 4-0.

Meeting adjourned at 7:43 P.M.
