1. Meeting opened at 5:34.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Deb Jordan (DJ), Lyn Roberts (LR), Susan Muenzinger (SM),
Helen Schiff (HS), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Linda Small (LS), Matt Monahan (MM) representing
CNHRPC, and Magdi L. Suliman from Village Pizza.

3. Minutes from June 3, 2009 approved and accepted as written.

4. Magdi Sulman from Village Pizza
A. Purchased the building he is in
1. Looking for suggestions of what to do with building
2. 4 apartments(2nd and 3rd floor) and restaurant on the ground floor
B. Grants are available for him to expand or upgrade the building (per MM)

5. Wi Fi
A. No change to the web site-still working on technical things
B. Wi Fi is not listed on the town web site-should be there

6. Business Survey
A. Questions from the 3 lists were given to MM
B. He will compile a list of most frequent questions
C. Best format would be multiple choice.

7. RSA-162-N1
A. MM will give us updated information in 2-3 weeks
B. Need to be clear about what businesses have to do before submitting forms
C. MM can fill out the application and bring it to the next meeting
B. Median income for Pittsfield is #38,000.00 (within the range for this RSA

8. Plan NH Charette
A. What can we do to draw people downtown
B. How can we build off the one that was done 10 years ago?
C. Why were recommendations not acted upon?
D. What can we do with the parcel on Broadway (5 corners)?
E. Can we do anything with Green Block and Union Block?
F. Get a committee together with members from other boards
G. Think of other potential projects
