Pittsfield Website Committee – June 25, 2013
The Pittsfield Website Committee was called to order at @ 7:09 pm.
Location: Pittsfield Town Hall
Members present:
Clayton Wood, Chair
Bob Legg
Matt Goodwin
Jen Goodwin, Secretary
1. Minutes: Minutes of November 20, 2012 were approved.

2. Business:
a. Al Douglas has resigned from the committee. Matt made the motion to accept Al’s resignation. Bob seconded motion. Motion carried.
b. Clayton will put an ad in the paper for a new committee person. Clayton suggested the next committee member should have some type of technology skills.
c. Meetings will be TBA or June and November, Clayton will be keep the committee up to date.

3. Website Updates:
a. Matt will remove The Toy Box Company from the website as they went out of business.
b. Matt reported the server has been running great. It went down a few times but it wasn’t an abnormal amount of down-time.

4. Old Home Day:
a. Clayton and Bob will get more information about Old Home Day and Matt will add it to the website. Most information has come from Andi Riel
b. Bob will send Matt and updated photo for the bottom of the home page.
c. Matt will be making the banner for the home page and have it up for July 20th.

5.Balloon Rally:
a. Clayton will update the dates for this year’s rally and will get info from the Rotary.
b. Matt will create the landing page and have it up on the home page of the town website.

6. EDC:
a. Bob said the EDC wanted the new video higher on the main EDC page. Matt suggested replacing the flash video at the top of the main EDC page with the new video. Matt will make the changes.
b. Clayton will get school stats to add to school photos in the slide show.
