MEETING MINUTES OF WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2013

CALL TO ORDER

Call to order at 6:00 P.M. by Larry Konopka, Chairman

MEMBERS PRESENT

Larry Konopka (LK), Chairman, Eric Nilsson (EN), Vice-Chairman,
Linda Small (LS), Gerard LeDuc (GL), Albert Douglas (AD), Paul
Skowron (PS), Town Administrator, and Delores Fritz, Recording Secretary.

MEMBERS ABSENT

None.

NEW BUSINESS
ACTION ITEM

1. Non-Public Session

None.

2. Reinstatement – Clint Cassavaugh

Chief Wharem was present and presented a draft letter to Board for review for re-instatement of Clint Cassavaugh. (PS) also presented a letter noting the Work Agreement which includes the history of the event and terms of re-instatement of Clint Cassavaugh. The Agreement was prepared by Atty. Derargon.

(EN) Motion to approve Work Agreement for Clint Cassavaugh. (GL) Second.
After Discussion: Carried 4-1 (LS).

Discussion: (LS) People in authority should be held to a higher standard.
(GL) Does Clint Cassavaugh understand the total terms of the agreement?
Chief Wharem: Yes, and I will explain them to him again tomorrow when he appears and have him sign the document.

(EN) Motion to re-instate Clint Cassavaugh upon his signing of the Work Agreement, and authorize Chair to sign document. (GL) Second. After Discussion: Carried 4-1 (LS).

Discussion: (AD) I would like to have Clint Cassavaugh and Chief Wharem sign document as well. Board agreed.

(LK) I would like to thank all of you for coming in for this meeting.

(EN) Motion to adjourn. (AD) Second. Carried 5-0.
