2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Paul Sherwood (PSh), Susan Muenzinger (SM),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS), and Jesse Pacheco.

3. Minutes for May 15, 2013 accepted and approved, with a spelling correction on 4A2 “prioritize”.

4. Joint Board Meeting
A. Set priorities at next EDC meeting

5. Article for NEREJ
A. Full page with pictures will cost $895.00
1. Ask for donations from town’s people/businesses to pay for it

6. Women’s Business Forum
A. Joann Randall from Epsom has radio program focused on women in business
B. Hannah Grimes from local college would be a good source also
C. Chamber of Commerce might be a good source to host this type of meeting

7. EDC Business Card suggestions
A. Use Town Hall phone number
B. Justify words to left
C. Put in Town logo

8. Walking properties on Rt 28
A. Plan for some time in July
B. Ask Bob Legg to accompany us to take pictures

9. Packet of Material for new businesses
A. Include Cover letter
B. Helpful web sites
C. Satisfaction survey
D. Get company name and contact person

10. Other
A. Jesse Pacheco from housing department want to know if there is a tax incentive for residential
homes

11. Next meeting will be June 19, 2013 at 5:30 P.M.
