Treasurer’s Report:
Discussion ensued with the library director relating to the main items she is working on for the 2010 Budget: salaries, books and computers. While mentioning these considerations, the trustees decided that more circulation hours were needed now in the 2009 year to add to filling upper and lower floors with personnel.

A motion was made by Mary authorizing Roza to hire someone at 6 hours a week at $7.25 an hour which will equal $44.26 per week. This is for the current year only and figuring out the line items to cover these expenses will be addressed at the next meeting in July. The motion was seconded by Sylvia. Motion carried.

Treasurers and the director’s reports were accepted.

Old Business:

Building Maintenance update:
The Attic insulation still has not been done and the furnace has not been cleaned. The town administrator will look into it.

New Business

Current problems noted:

1 A rusty lintel over the back door of the fire exit was noted.

ASAP.

4. Planting daylilies around the handicapped sign was suggested by Dana to prevent
erosion.

5. Windows in the upstairs hallway need replacement. The selectmen were looking at
replacing them.
