a) Progress Reports; low activity period due to time of year.
b) Approval of Power of Attorney, (Fred Okrent, HSA V “Dominguez”), Motion by Mr. Provencher, 2nd by Ms. Hast. 4 in favor, 0 against, motion passed

4) Meeting Minutes;
Lt. Abell made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of February 2, 2009 be accepted as presented; 2nd by Ms. Hast Motion passed 4 to 0.

None

6) Motion to adjourn: Lt. Abell, 2nd by Ms. Hast. 4 in favor, 0 against, motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:26 PM.
