1. Meeting opened at 5:43.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS) and Andre Garron from UNH Cooperative Extension.

3. Minutes for March 6, 2013 accepted and approved with a correction. On 8,A,2 there is no agent
listed for Topp’s Garage.

4. Presentation by Andre Garron of UNH Cooperative Extension
A. Topic is Business and municipal uses of broadband
B. First part-getting your business on the web on various online databases
C. Second part – promoting the town’s economic assests to existing and potential businesses
D. Length is about 2-3 hours
E. Audience- business community, members of town boards (planning and economic development
and municipal leaders.
F. Location- PMHS lecture hall, on a Saturday around 9-10 A.M. (needs a place with broadband)
G. Need to assess how much interest there is for this presentation
H. EDC provided him with Plan NH Charrett, info from town web site, marketing info from
CNHRPC
I. Suggestion for our website-show Pittsfield on a map relative to Boston or other large city

5. Meeting of town boards and committees
A. Meeting set for May 4 at 9:00 AM at Senior Center
B. Letter going out on April 4
C. Include Economic Profile and Economic Development Strategy from 2007

6. Next meeting will be April 3, 2013 at 5:30 PM.
