1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Susan Muenzinger (SM)
Ellen Barbasso (EB), Matt Monahan (MM) from CNHRPC, Bob Legg, Clayton Wood and
Tim Osborne.

3. Minutes from February 29, 2012 accepted and approved as written.

4. Bob Legg gave an update on the YouTube project.
A. Suggested a 2 minute slide show
1. What message do we want to give?
2. What is important?
3. Music can be added later
4. Show generic video now, can add another one with people later.
B. Tim Osborne suggested we get a list of subjects or topics to cover in the video
1. Can do a voice over later-can possible use Scott Spradling
2. He will work with Bob to create the slide show

5. Wi-Fi
A. MM spoke to Ian from Single Digits
1. Would be able to move antenna to get better signal
B. Purpose was to help business people connect to internet.
1. We have not had service for 3-4 months
2. Has not served its purpose-mostly local people used it.
3. Businesses have not purchased spots on the portal
C. LS made a motion to cancel the Wi-Fi and get credit for the months it has not been working.
1. SM seconded the motion
2. Unanimously approved.

6. NHTI interested in Pittsfield
1. We want to have an informal workshop with manufactureres in the community and NHTI
2. Editing changes were made to the letter which will be sent to manufacturers.
