HOUSING STANDARDS AGENCY

MEETING CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Present – Ch. Elkins, VCh. Dustin, Mr. Wolfe, Lt. Abell, Ms. Hast, Chief Johnson. HSA Board,
Mr. Miskoe (Planning Board) were present. Fred Okrent, HSA Administrator, was also present.
Meeting called to order at 6:32 PM at the Town Hall by Fire Chief Gary Johnson.
NEW BUSINESS:
a) Election of chair; Dr. Dustin nominated Bill Elkins, 2nd by Mike Wolfe. There being no other
nominations, nominations were closed and the Fire Chief cast one ballot. Mr. Elkins reelected to
the chair.
b) Election of vice-chair; Dr. Dustin nominated by Bill Elkins, 2nd by Ms. Hast. There being no
other nominations, nominations were closed and the Fire Chief cast one ballot. Dr. Dustin
elected as vice-chair.
APPOINTMENTS
Mr. Mckechnie did not appear.
MEETING MINUTES;
Motion made by Dr. Dustin to accept the minutes as presented, 2nd by Mr. Wolfe. Motion passed,
4-0.
OLD BUSINESS
c) Discussion of Magliozzi status and possible imposition of lien
d) Motion by Dr. Dustin to appoint Building Inspector Mike McLaughlin as the alternate HSA
inspector, 2nd by Mr. Wolfe. Motion passed, 4-0.
e) The next regular meeting of the board was scheduled for 9/11.

Motion by Mr. Wolfe, seconded by Lt. Abell. All in favor, motion passed. Meeting adjourned at
7:05 PM.
