MEETING MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2008
TOWN OF PITTSFIELD
HOUSING STANDARDS AGENCY
Town Hall, 85 Main Street
Pittsfield, New Hampshire
Present – Ch. Elkins, Mr. Wolfe , Mr. Provencher, Fire Chief Gary Johnson. HSA
Board, were present. Fred Okrent, HSA Administrator, was also present.
Absent/Excused: VCh. Hast, (E), Not appointed as of yet (Planning Board)

Meeting called to order at 7:13 PM at the Town Hall by Fire Chief Johnson.
1) Appointments
None
2) 2) New Business:
a) a) . Election of Officers:
i) i) Mr. Wolfe nominated Bill Elkins as chair, 2nd by Mr. Provencher. There
being no other nominations, Mr. Wolfe made a motion that nominations be
closed and the Chief cast one ballot. 2nd by Mr. Provencher. Motion passed 3-
0.
ii) ii) Mr. Wolfe nominated Ms. Hast as vice-chair, 2nd by Mr. Provencher.
There being no other nominations, Mr. Wolfe made a motion that nominations
be closed and the Chief cast one ballot. 2nd by Mr. Provencher. Motion passed
3-0.
b) b) . Chief Johnson passed the gavel to Chairman Elkins:
c) c) Meeting Schedule: A discussion was begun concerning the Board’s Meeting
Schedule as has a conflict has developed with the website committee and
Conservation Commission. After discussion, it was felt that the 1st Monday of the
month would be most convenient for all. Mr. Wolfe made a motion that the
meetings be moved to the 1st Monday of the month. 2nd by Mr. Provencher.
Motion passed 4-0.

4) 4) Meeting Minutes;
a) a) Mr. Wolfe made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of 2/25/08 be
accepted with the full title of the inspector certification be written out. 2nd by Mr.
Provencher. Motion passed 4-0.
5) 5) Public Input:
None
6) 6) Motion to adjourn: Mr. Wolfe, 2nd by Mr. Provencher. All in favor, motion
passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
