1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Helen Schiff (HS), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Linda
Small (LS), Paul Skowron (PS) town administrator, and Matt Monahan (MM), representing
CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from February 24, 2009 approved.

4. Innovative Land Use /REPP Program
A. It was suggested that we could use an outside (non-political) source to guide the town in making
changes to the zoning regulations
B. B. MM sent a letter to the planning board about a year ago, but nothing came of it.
C. We want to get the public involved
D. C Tap program will make a free presentation on the topic that the town chooses.
E. Try to focus on making systematic changes to the regulations
F. Try to get Select Board, Zoning Board, Planning Board and EDC and public come together
G. We will wait until after the election
H. See if any money available from Federal Stimulus Package.

5. Wi-Fi Advertising
A. HS will get a current list of businesses in Pittsfield
B. See who is using the Suncook Sun-recruit them
C. Come up with a list of about 20 businesses to contact
D. Check who were the platinum and gold advertisers for our USAC event

6. MM sent a letter to the State regarding a Park and Ride in Pittsfield

7. Next meeting Wednesday March 25, 2009 at 5:30 P.M.
(There is an LDC meeting on March 18)
