Parks and Recreation Meeting
March 5, 2007

Maryellen Plante was asked to be secretary for the coming year.
Tabled items were: New basketball hoops for rec basket ball
Gazebo in Dustin’s Park repairs
Dredging the swim area
The Easter Egg Hunt will be held on April 7, 2007 at 9:00 AM.
We will meet to hide eggs at 7:30. We decided to have a
coloring contest. Minni volunteered to find a picture, copy it,
add get it to the elementary school by March 28, 2007. Kathy
will fill the eggs(1100) and get the chocolate bunnies for prizes
for the coloring contest and the special eggs. Minni will call
Taylor Rental and Ballads to find a bunny costume to rent.
There were not enough members to make decisions so it was a
short meeting after membership was discussed.
The next meeting will be held on April 9, 2007at 7:00 at the
Town Hall
