3. Minutes for February 6, 2013 accepted and approved with correction on 6B-should be Wolfeboro.

4. Facebook
A.LS got email address for the EDC and passed it on to Anna Colon-Pagan.
B. TM will check it tonight

5.New England Real Estate Journal article
A. Article is finalized-it will go out in the mail tomorrow
B.Info from Plan NH will be sent also-localized map of Charrett area with boundaries
C. They may write the article alone or co-write with input from EDC

6. Meeting with Andre Garron of UNH Cooperative Extension
A. Matt Monahan sent info to Andre Garrone
B.Ask him to help us determine the target audience
C. What is the best way to advertise this workshop?
D. How many people can we expect?

7. Joint Board /Committee meeting
A.Matt Monahan and Stuart Arnett will facilitate meeting
B. Stuart sent possible agenda
C. 30 minute opening to discuss why it is important to be on the same page
D. Projects and common goals, economic goals
E. Better way to coordinate efforts to succeed
F. May need to restructure districts
G. Name Rt 28 as a separate district
H. What does the EDC hope to get out of it?
I. Look at Master Plan to to get a vision for the town
J. How do we accomplish this vision of the Master Plan?
K. Possible date and location- Saturday May 4 at the Community Center

A. Need to update information on commercial properties
1. One property listed twice with two different prices
2. Topp’s Garage has incorrect information-no agent is listed
B. Acreage that is for sale
1. EDC can go to property to take pictures for web site
2. Get a comprehensive list of all properties
C. Promote commercial acreage, not residential

B Nik Coates (CNHRPC) problem with intersection of Tilton Hill and Catamount Rd-need to get highway safety to restructure the intersection
